Submitting information or viewing this website does not create a transportation agreement, guarantee availability or confirm a trip. A trip is accepted only after PointStead provides direct confirmation through an approved booking method.

Non-emergency service

PointStead provides non-emergency, non-medical transportation. PointStead is not an ambulance service and does not provide emergency response, clinical care or medical monitoring. Call 911 when emergency assistance may be required.

Service readiness and credentials

Transportation will begin only after applicable insurance, Minnesota operating requirements, vehicle inspection and driver qualifications are active and verified. Website descriptions of standards explain PointStead’s operating requirements and should not be read as a claim that an unfinished approval has already been completed.

Availability and service area

Future availability will depend on scheduling, vehicle capacity, passenger needs, pickup and destination conditions, trip distance and any applicable partner agreement. Listed service areas do not guarantee that every requested trip can be accepted.
