Our approach

We design the website for keyboard use, readable contrast, flexible screen sizes, clear headings and meaningful labels. We also test layouts for phones, tablets and desktop devices.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As booking, partner and driver tools are added, we will continue reviewing navigation, forms, status messages and compatibility with assistive technologies.

Transportation accommodations

Future trip requests will include a secure way to identify relevant mobility and assistance needs. Availability will depend on whether PointStead can safely and appropriately meet the requested transportation requirements.
