Hospital discharge timing can change. PointStead works with the person arranging transportation to confirm when the passenger is cleared, the appropriate transportation type, pickup instructions and destination handoff requirements.
We provide non-emergency transportation and do not replace clinical discharge planning. The hospital or care team remains responsible for determining that the passenger is medically appropriate for the selected level of transportation.
